Main Exercise Floor

The hub of the gym. Our main room holds all the equipment and space required for holding classes of up to 17 people. In this spacious room we have:

  • Pull up rigs

  • Climbing Ropes

  • Gymnastics Rings

  • Weightlifting racks

  • Rowing machines

  • Assault bikes

  • Ski Ergs

  • Boxes

  • Rollers

  • Sand bags of varying weight

  • Wall balls

  • Kettlebells of varying weight

  • Dumbells of varying weight

  • Barbells of varying weight

  • Coloured bumper plates

  • Skipping ropes

  • GHD machines

  • Sleds

  • Peg board

**Our main room is available for hire if you are a sports team/group looking for private training facilities while travelling or as a permanent base outside of regular class hours.

Kaha ‘weightlifting’ room

Our smaller, purpose built olympic weightlifting room incorporates 6 weightlifting platforms, benches and racks. Used primarily for weightlifting and skills training to hone in on those technical lifts like clean & jerks and snatches.

Included in this room are:

  • Bumper plates

  • Barbells of varying weight

  • Benches

  • Squat racks
