CrossFit Rotorua is a COMMUNITY.
Unlike a regular gym, here everyone knows your name. We know what you do for work, ask about your kids and dogs, and ACTUALLY CARE IF YOU SHOW UP. We cheer for you when you’re pushing through a tough workout, and chat with you after class when cleaning up or stretching. Your classmates are your team, friends, and family.

If you work out consistently and have no idea if you are improving or not, it’s tough to stay motivated. By recording our workouts each day in detail, we can clearly see when we are making progress! This progress inspires us, allows us to set achievable goals, and puts the focus on WHAT OUR BODIES CAN DO rather than just what they look like or how much they weigh.
CrossFit classes are run by COACHES.
Our 1 hour long classes are entirely led by qualified coaches, which means you have guidance throughout your warm-up, skill, strength, and workout pieces. Our small class size of 10-15 athletes means that you are consistently getting attention and feedback - like small group personal training. This hands on approach allows us to help our athletes continually learn, improve, and stay safe.
