‘Work Out of the Day’. WODs consist of a warm up, strength/skills component, WOD and cool down. This is where the work is done and results are achieved. WOD’s change daily so expect a new challenge every time!

Allow 1 hour for this class.



Beginners WOD. This class is designed for beginners and is held every Saturday at 9.30am. The first session is FREE for locals. Bookings are essential. See Free Trial for more details.


Taiohi Toa CrossFit WOD classes exclusive to rangatahi (youth) aged 11-17 years. Classes run during school terms only.


Kaha Krew (Heavy Barbell Club) aimed at INT – RX athletes wanting to strengthen and expand on their Olympic weightlifting abilities. *Class is seasonal meaning we run it in 10 week blocks and is limited to 15 people per intake.


The Zuu – training style that mimics primal movements. ANKORR uses a harness to add resistance to movements. See ANKORR for more details. HTH – Hammer The Hinu Challenge. These classes are great for ages 5 years plus.  No intro class required.


Outdoor classes focusing primarily on Speed, force production, power, agility, balance, coordination. We look at how to transfer these skills to sport to help aspiring sports stars in the making. No intro class required.



Extra classes in preparation for the CrossFit Open. These classes are seasonal and this timeslot is subject to change.
