ON RAMP – New to CrossFit
On Ramp is the introduction to CrossFit course and is compulsory for new members. The only exception to this is if you have completed a similar type course at another official CrossFit affiliate and consider yourself an ‘experienced CrossFitter’.
On Ramp is held once a month and is three practical sessions over three day’s. Allow up to 1 hour for each session.
On Ramp covers the foundation movements that are done in our daily work outs. This course is taught by our qualified trainers who will be with you every step of the way, ensuring proper technique and safety. Everyone starts at square one, learning the basics together in a supportive environment. Don’t worry about being too unfit or too scared to lift weights. Proper technique and safety is our primary focus, so just give it a go!
You are expected to be able to attend all ON RAMP sessions. However we understand life can get in the way so please let us know if you can not make it and we will try our best to accommodate you. An additional cost may incur if you need a catch up session.
Once you have completed On Ramp you will be ready to participate in the WOD’s and become a lean mean CrossFitting machine!
On Ramp Cost – $120
Experienced CrossFitters – $60 Joining Fee must have completed On Ramp or course equivalent at another CrossFit affiliate and be experienced in CrossFit (within 12 months).
