Hammer The Hinu
Our successful Hammer the Hinu program is back again, 8 weeks! giving you even more time to train harder and achieve greater results.
With the change in season’s comes a shift in food availability and with that being said this challenge will see us following the PALEO way of life. Nutritionally dense foods, NO SUGAR, just the good natural stuff.
With proven history, effective training, motivational challenges and expert advice, why not give it a go?
The numbers don’t lie:
Our previous 30 Day challenge saw some amazing results:
An average of 5.5kg body weight loss (11kg the most)
An average overall body fat loss of 7% (upto 23% in some individual’s)
An average of 23cm lost around the body (although some muscular gains around the arms altered numbers). All this in only 30 days, so why not try our 8 week challenge?

- If you’ve answered COAL to both, you’re eligible to join us. This is a first for Rotorua and not readily available in NZ yet, so, you’ll be among the first in the country on this program.
- We will have a brief description of what the product is all about on weigh-in day.
